Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative/customer service representative to join our sales team.
The inside sales representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience.
Members of our team will work along side other associates to meet our goals in each region across the globe.
After the first 10 days of training, in-person, it will be 50% remote.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Exceptional customer service skills.
