Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Overview/Summary
Supervise and manage various functions within manufacturing operations. Typical functions that a supervisor would be accountable for include: safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, budgetary expenses, administration of work rules, adherence to the labor contract, LDMS, man count planning, and executing responsible areas to support the overall plant/company objective.
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Required:
2 years heavy manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position Responsibilities and Duties
This individual must be a team player and be comfortable working in a team environment.
This person must possess a high degree of analytical skills to determine root cause and corrective action.
Unique or Special Requirements: Experience in Lean Manufacturing and contemporary problem solving techniques.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
